Welcome to 2024 Crepe Paper Flowerfest Flower Power Pass. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Course provided by Abbi Kirsten Collections ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing and accessing the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Course Access and Use
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use the Course.
1.2. License: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1. Payment: All payments for the Course must be made through our designated payment methods. By purchasing the Course, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
2.2. Refunds: Due to the nature of the digital product, refunds are not available. But if you have any questions or have purchased a duplication of a product, please contact hello@abbikirstencollections.com so we can help
3.1. Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property in the Course are owned by Abbi Kirsten Collections or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course without our prior written consent.
3.2. Trademarks: Abbi Kirsten Collections and 2024 Crepe Paper Flowerfest Flower Power Pass are trademarks of Abbi Kirsten Collections. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

5.1. Disclaimers: The Course is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Course will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abbi Kirsten Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course.
6. Modifications and Termination
6.1. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Course. Your continued use of the Course after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
6.2. Termination: We may terminate your access to the Course at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The 3 encore workshops featured on Day 3 are a special set of extra presentations from last year's Paper Flowerfest, which focused on cardstock paper flowers.
These encore cardstock paper flower workshops are only available until June 9th at 9 am ET.
These cardstock flower videos are outside the scope of my 17 crepe flower workshops included in this year's 2024 VIP Flower Power Pass.

By purchasing this year's 2024 VIP Pass, you acknowledge that you are receiving the 17 workshops promised to you on this page and not any extra presentations from past events, such as the 2023 Paper Flowerfset Cardstock Collection.
The Cardstock Collection is completely separate from this year's 2024 Crepe Paper Flowerfest VIP Pass because they are two separate years and two separate passes (just like if you attended an in-person event).
