We absolutely stand by our 30-day refund policy, as shared in the free workshop, you attended - "Show me your work, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund you."
In order to receive the refund, the following actions must be completed.
Free the SVG has a 30-day refund policy.
We offer a refund of the course within the first 30 days if you can show proof of your work and efforts as disclosed at the time of purchase. Proof must be submitted in the following manner:
1. Complete at least 3 exercises from each Unit and honestly say you learned nothing new. You will need to sign a digital statement to this.
2. Show us (by emailing) at least 5 projects/lessons you have worked on as proof of your efforts and the honoring of your commitment (examples of this would be sending us SVG cut files that you have designed).
3. Under no conditions do we offer refunds for those who simply choose not to take the time to work through the process, and take the time to learn. We expect you to honor your commitment as we have honored ours.
You will need to email proof of work and progress on your part if you request a refund within that 30-day window.
Once proof of effort has been received we will refund the payment within 3 business days to your original payment method.
All payments must be made on a timely basis. By purchasing the program the customer agrees to complete their 4-month payment terms when the initial payment is made, a course account is created and the course content is accessed. Failure to complete payments may result in a penalty fee or removal from the course. Since the program is digital and ALL content can be accessed immediately payment cancellations are not accepted under any conditions after an account has been created.
COVID CONDITIONAL POLICY
We understand times are unusual. If you cannot make your remaining payments we can put your account on hold and reactivate when you are ready or cancel the remaining payments altogether, if it is within the 30-day window. The initial payment will NOT be refunded due to the digital nature of the course since no proof of return can be provided.
4-month payment plan
The remaining $49 payments are charged automatically 30 days from the initial payment and will be completed 3 months after the initial charge. No additional fees will be taken after the payments are complete.

Free the SVG is a digital course product. Students will receive all the digital info include, including videos, printables, and resource guides. Free the SVG does NOT include any physical products, machines, or supplies. Each student is responsible for the purchase of their own laptop, cutting machine and supporting materials,
