Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can make a cancelation request at any time. However, if your request is submitted less than 24 business hours from the next automatic payment, we cannot guarantee your cancelation for that month. However, we will promptly cancel any future payments and reply with confirmation once completed.
How often are new files/projects added?
No less than 12 new templates/crafts are added every month! Most of the signature designs cost between $3-6 per item making the membership a great option if you love to use Abbi's files and frequently purchase from her shop!
Can I still access freebies even if I cancel?
Yes! You will continue to have access to the Freebies even if you cancel the Premium Member Vault access. You will only lose access to Abbi's signature designs, such as those sold in her shops.
Are these the same files in Abbi's shop?
Yes! It has been a goal of Abbi's to work towards offering an ongoing membership so those who frequently purchase from her shop (Catching Colorflies Designs) could enjoy one low monthly price to access all new AND past designs that are released, in addition to bonus printables and guides NOT available in the shops.
What is the refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of the membership and the fact that full access is given immediately, no refunds can be granted. If you require any help accessing files or have other concerns, please reach out to us at hello@abbikirstencollections.com so we can assist you! You can always cancel prior to any recurring monthly charges.
What is included with the commercial-use membership?
The commercial-use membership includes everything the personal-use membership does, except that you can sell end-product physical crafts using Abbi Kirsten's files as a part of your craft piece.

Can I get a refund for a bundle or template I purchased from your shop (weeks, months, years ago) if I join the Membership Vault?
No, past purchases cannot be refunded in exchange for the Member Vault. If you accidentally purchase a bundle AFTER signing up for the Member Vault, we can grant a refund of the bundle price, but only in that case.
Can I reshare your files?
Resharing or reselling Abbi's original files is never allowed. Doing so will violate copyright laws. If you know someone who would love Abbi's designs, make sure to point them to the blog AbbiKirstenCollections.com
What file formats are included?
SVG cut files and PDF printables are the primary formats included in the member vault. Files that can work with a cutting machine will have an SVG cut file included - likewise, any file printed on a printer and cut by hand will have a PDF printable included.
Do I get anything different with Abbi's bundles?
Abbi loves to offer variety! Bundles on Abbi Kirsten Collections consist of her best-seller templates and are a one-time purchase perfect for those who are not interested in access to all her templates or an ongoing membership fee. If you purchase this membership, however, you get access to every design ever made by Abbi, including what's in the bundles!
