Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can make a cancelation request at any time. If your request is submitted less than 24 business hours from the next automatic payment, we cannot guarantee your cancelation for that month. However, we will promptly cancel any future payments and reply with confirmation once completed.
How often are new files/projects added?
Each month, new collections and designs are added. You can expect 3-5 new projects and design bundles per month. During the holiday season, we kick things up with even more projects!
Can I still access freebies even if I cancel?
You will continue to have access to Abbi's freebies even if you cancel your subscription to A-Star Crafters. But you will lose access to any file or video marked as an A-Star Crafter Exclusive.
What file formats are included?
SVG cut files and PDF printables are the primary formats included in the Craft Vault where A-Stars lives. Files that can work with a cutting machine will have an SVG cut file included - likewise, any file printed on a printer and cut by hand will have a PDF printable included.
What is included with the commercial-use membership?
The commercial-use membership includes everything the personal-use membership does, except that you can sell end-product physical crafts using any of Abbi's designs. Sell your completed projects online or at local craft fairs.

Can I reshare your files?
Resharing or reselling Abbi's original files is never allowed. Doing so will violate copyright laws. If you know someone who would love Abbi's designs, make sure to point them to the blog AbbiKirstenCollections.com
What is the refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of the membership and the fact that full access is given immediately, no refunds can be granted.
